Stephanie Wilson brings a career-long commitment to helping employees thrive.

Stephanie has over 25 years of experience, including as a leadership coach; team and leader development professional; manager; training strategist; HR specialist and writer. She holds an MBA, MS in Instructional Technologies, BS in Communications and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ACC). 

Stephanie enjoys hiking, writing, reading and studies the Japanese Tea Ceremony. 

The Shore Pine Leadership name comes from my experience beneath a weathered pine tree along a shore, facing into the winds. Despite conditions, the tree finds its balance, strength and wisdom.
